EmergenciesDuring office hours, ring the normal tissue bank number (0207-594-9732). Outside of hours, or if you are unable to get through to one of our team, ring the emergency bleep number (07659-10-45-37) and leave a message. Please state your name, contact details and reason for ringing. If the matter is regarding a donor, their name and donor number (if applicable) would be helpful. One of our co-ordinators will return your call as soon as possible. This system is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Please do not use the emergency bleep number for non-urgent matters. Information Requests and Potential DonorsTo request an information pack (which includes the forms for donor registration), please fill out one of our information request forms (available on the website) and post, e-mail or fax them back to us. Alternatively, you may request an information pack over the telephone by ringing the tissue bank office on (0207-594-9732). Completed donor and next-of-kin registration forms must be posted back to the tissue bank, rather than faxed or e-mailed.
